Jack Ü

Jack Ü is an American electronic music duo formed in 2013 by Skrillex (Sonny Moore) and Diplo (Thomas Wesley Pentz). Known for blending elements of EDM, trap, hip-hop, and pop, the duo quickly made a major impact on the global music scene with their energetic, genre-bending sound.

Their debut and only album, Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü (2015), featured chart-topping hits like “Where Are Ü Now” with Justin Bieber, which won a Grammy Award and became a worldwide success. Other standout tracks include “Take Ü There” with Kiesza and “Mind” featuring Kai.

Jack Ü became a festival favorite, performing headline sets at events like Ultra Music Festival, Coachella, and Hard Summer. Their unique style combined Skrillex’s bass-heavy, experimental edge with Diplo’s global, rhythmic influence.

Though the duo has been on hiatus since 2016, Jack Ü remains one of the most influential collaborations in modern electronic music, credited with helping bridge EDM and mainstream pop on a global scale.
